The Astrologian job is exclusively available for players who own or have access to the FFXIV Heavensward expansion. However, the card-wielding Astrologian is different from other support jobs in Final Fantasy XIV in that it's only accessible after players fulfill a few necessary prerequisites. Among the diverse roles in Final Fantasy XIV, Healers, such as Astrologians and White Mages, are an absolute necessity for team compositions in Trials or Dungeons.
